Biomax Envrionment Holdings Limited

Established in 2002 by Mr. Billy Ngok, Chairman of Hembly International Holdings Limited (SEHK: 3989), Biomax Environment Holdings Limited is a company specializing in providing waste treatment solutions to the municipalities in China with a focus on waste-to-energy arena.

In December 2009, Biomax was purchased by Hongkong listed company New Environmental Energy Holdings Limited (Previous name ‘Hembly International Holdings Limited’, SEHK: 3989), thus became a member of it.

Currently the Group has two independent operation arms:

Biomax Green Energy Group Limited which focuses on project investment, construction management, operation and maintenance
Biomax Environmental Technology Group Limited which provides project best available solutions, engineering package, engineering design, key equipment, turn-key project, system integration and R&D.
